company background

PT. Tri Daya Selaras is an oil distributor in Indonesia that was founded in 2006 by Robert Wardhana, an Indonesian who studied in the U.S. and then returned home to be an entrepreneur and businessman.

Tri Daya Selaras aims to be one of the most reliable energy solutions provider in the Indonesian market, by establishing strong relations with suppliers and providing high-quality oil products distribution service. Customers range from factories and power plants to mining and construction contractors and hotels.

In 2010, Pro Energi generated US$27 million2 in revenues from the following operations:
1. The company picks up oil products from Pro Energi’s storage facilities in various locations around the country.
2. It delivers the products in lorries (trucks) to its customers in a variety of locations. Currently, this delivery process is outsourced to trucking and transportation companies, although Tri Daya Selaras now owns a fleet of its own lorries.

Tri Daya Selaras aspires to go public in 5 years (year 2017), and between now and then, it plans to grow through M&A. The company’s goal is to become a vertically integrated player in the fuel distribution industry in Indonesia. In addition to handling on-land distribution in Lorries, it plans to handle both land and water based transportation and logistics such as storage of oil products.
